One Cup Tea-iere
With the right tools, making loose tea does not have to be intimidating; in fact it’s a whole lot of fun, tastes better than using tea bags and is cheaper per cup. Revolutionise your tea break and momentarily lose yourself in the meditative art of loose tea making.
Think Cafetiere or French Press, but without the plunger, to allow your tea leaves space to impart their delicious flavours. We’ve kept the best parts of our original, best-selling Tea-iere but scaled it down to the perfect size for one.
First and foremost, this is a single-serve teapot. Why? When making tea, it’s best to make the right quantity for your cup. Tea left infusing will always be unpleasant and bitter, so decant your infusion fully as soon as it’s right for you, and your leaves will be ready for the next infusion. This new Tea-iere pairs perfectly with our glass cup and saucer.
We’ve kept the same 100% filter for a crystal-clear infusion, and our material of choice - Borosolicate glass - is robust and completely dishwasher-proof. Its new smaller circumference and neat, ergonomic design make loose tea at your desk a reality.
Ideal for all tea types, simply measure your tea, add the correct temperature water, infuse, and decant in one perfect serve. And don’t forget to re-infuse.

One Cup Tea-iere
I am so pleased with this product. It does just what I want it to do: make one small mug of tasty tea, then it is just the right size to fit into the door of my fridge until the next morning. Before this tea-eire I was making my tea using a metal acorn that hung into my mug or a basket-type thing. In both cases the tea leaves were cramped inside the device. Now the tea moves freely and I get much tastier and satisfying tea!
Great, but a bit smallI very much like this, but it’s a bit small. It’s one cup for small, hemispherical cups, or for small mugs, but for most of the mugs I use to drink tea, it’s too small. I wish I had bought the larger one instead, but given the cost, I won’t buy another.
PerfectJust right to brew one cup of tea.
