This tea was picked from the lush slopes of Ximeng Tea Garden at 1500m, near Pu'er, in the far south of Yunnan province, close to the border with Laos.
Measure 4g or 3tsp per cup (250ml)
Heat water to 100°C
Infuse tea for 3 minutes
